David has presented at international conferences on enrolments, student rights, teachers’ liability, investigations, risk management, school counselors, and confidentiality, bullying and cyberbullying, outdoor education, school sport, discrimination, discipline and child protection. David is a member of the Australian, New Zealand, English, American and South African Education Law Associations and he is the editor of Education Law Notes, a quarterly newsletter which keeps schools up-to-date with education law developments.
