Dr. Richard Owens, Head of Teaching and Learning, Woodleigh School

Richard works across the three campuses of the school to drive the development of an innovative personalised learning model for all students. Richard has previously served as a classroom teacher, curriculum coordinator, Deputy Head and Head of School, and was the founding Director of an international center for professional learning. As a consultant, he has worked with teachers, school administrators, academics, and system leaders from Australia, Asia, South America and Europe. Richard specializes in the areas of school and system effectiveness and improvement, leadership development, and teacher collaboration.
